For over 50 years, we have been planning and building individual components and entire intralogistics solutions for our customers to ensure a smooth and efficient material flow – from corner transfers to vertical conveyors, from classic roller conveyors to components from the areas of tray conveyor system, modular belt or dolly conveying.
BINDER also offers very special customer solutions, such as pallet stackers, pallet changers, lift and turntables, transfer cars for long or wide loads, low motorized roller conveyors, loading and unloading for 6 or 8 pallets simultaneously, conveyor systems that can safely transport mixed pallets and goods without loading aids and much more. We can also produce the really special systems and system components! Just ask us.

pallet changing station for the beverage industry
Because not all broken glass is good luck...
To prevent damaged pallets from causing glass breakage in the warehouse and thus unnecessary downtime, many operators replace the load carriers with tested specimens before transferring them to the warehouse - a common measure in the beverage industry in particular. BINDER GmbH developed a fully automatic pallet changing station for a leading German beverage manufacturer for this purpose.

The quality of cheese is significantly influenced by its care and handling during the maturing process. This is usually very time-consuming and often involves regular turning of the cheese wheels. While this is still done by hand by smaller producers, industrial production requires a more efficient solution in order to ensure cost-effective production.

It's the quantity that counts: Crates with glass and PET bottles are indispensable containers for beverage producers. Their safe transportation from delivery to production and dispatch can sometimes present companies with challenges - especially during the peak summer season, when demand increases and large quantities of crates with full and empty bottles are handled.

BINDER developed a low loading and unloading station with a lower working height of 80 mm for a large international food discounter.
flexible transfer car for the food industry
For the pre-zone of a high-bay warehouse in the food industry, the BINDER engineers designed a double transfer car with a maximum speed of 5 m/s. Equipped with a specially designed, height-adjustable rail system with a mounted guide rail, the required throughput figures were more than achieved.
