Our transfer cars are also ideal for connecting staggered conveyor lines. As with our other intralogistics components, we manufacture the transfer carriages in accordance with the high quality standards at the BINDER plant in Burgstetten. At the heart of the transfer carriages is the sturdy welded frame into which the running gear is integrated. The transfer carriages can be individually equipped according to customer requirements. For example, they can be driven directly on the wheels or via toothed belts. In the case of drive via toothed belts, the motor can be stationary or mounted on the carriage. The same applies to the control cabinet.
Lateral, adjustable guide rollers on the transfer carriages ensure absolute directional stability even at high speeds. Durable and low-wear Vulkollan wheels ensure smooth running and reliable vibration damping.
Our transfer carriages can be used universally and can be easily combined with other intralogistics components from BINDER. This enables simple transfer and transfer via chain conveyors, roller conveyors or telescopic tables.
The transfer car can be powered either via a conductor rail or a drag chain.
