Like our other intralogistics components, we manufacture the transfer cars according to the high quality standards at the BINDER factory in Burgstetten. The core of the transfer car is the stable, welded frame into which the chassis is integrated. Depending on customer requirements, the transfer cars can be individually equipped. For example, the drive can take place directly on the wheels or via a toothed belt. When driven by a toothed belt, the motor can be stationary or mounted on the carriage. The same applies to the control cabinet.

Lateral, adjustable guide rollers on the transfer carriage ensure absolute directional stability even at higher speeds. Durable and low-wear Vulkollan wheels ensure smooth running and reliable shock absorption. Our transfer carriages can be used universally and can be easily combined with other intralogistics components from BINDER. The transfer cars can be supplied with energy either via a power rail or via a drag chain.
