robust turntable for the beverage industry

It's the quantity that counts: Crates with glass and PET bottles are indispensable containers for beverage producers. Their safe transportation from delivery to production and dispatch can sometimes present companies with challenges - especially during the peak summer season, when demand increases and large quantities of crates with full and empty bottles are handled.

The particularly robust turntable from BINDER does this with ease: the turntable pick-up can hold up to six full pallets. The pallets are delivered individually and then picked up as a package of six by a forklift truck - a high throughput of crates and load carriers is guaranteed with this process. BINDER developed the robust turntable holder as part of a retrofit project. It was implemented in a confined space on the existing substructure of the existing system and completely covered with sheet metal.
