Innovative and customer-oriented solutions for intralogistics have been created in Burgstetten near Stuttgart since 1971. BINDER Fördertechnik has been developing pioneering material flow concepts and efficient intralogistics components ever since.

CLAAS Parts Logistics Center high-bay warehouse in Hamm-Uentrop

CLAAS Germany built a fully automated high-bay warehouse in Hamm, using 360 truckloads of concrete, more than 400.000 screws and 1.800 tons of steel. The warehouse can store 58.000 pallets at a height of up to 30 meters.

Corner transfer unit with low working height

Corner transfer unit at the lowest level with electric motor-driven lift - a working height of approx. 200 mm can be achieved with the aid of drum motors. Individual use is possible in combination with standard conveyor technology.

Extremely versatile: tray conveyor system

Whether boxes, components or loose materials: trays can hold a wide variety of stored goods that could not otherwise be stored in a uniform manner. This is why tray storage technology is also an important component in the development of BINDER's individual material flow solutions.

The new high-performance cutting machine from BINDER has a 29KW spindle with 14,000 revolutions per minute. The high torque enables particularly efficient production. This enables us to offer our customers perfect quality and accelerated processes.

The new laser cutting machine at BINDER is very precise, powerful, fast and, above all, energy-efficient. Thanks to this new machine, we can work even more efficiently and offer our customers particularly high quality and accelerated processes.
